    You can take your stress test in Gran Hotel Sol y Mar in Calpe.

    The stress test can identify any health risks there may be when practicing sports. It will be administered by a qualified sports coach and a medical doctor.

    DETAILS OF THE TEST

    • Anamnesis: a conversation with the doctor about your clinical record, life habits and history.
    • Anthropometry.
    • Blood pressure
    • Physical exploration by apparatus: locomotors, cardiac, respiratory, digestive and circulatory.
    • Resting electrocardiogram
    • Treadmill stress test
    • Post exercise blood pressure

    Tests are made on Saturday between 9:00 and 20:00 hours. It takes 1 hour.

    At the end of the test, the client receives a report from the doctor, via email, in which the main points are highlighted.
